Endeavor High Intent does not provide pest control services. We are not responsible for any services provided by Contractors. It is your responsibility to verify that any Contractor you hire has the necessary qualifications, including licenses and insurance. We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the quality of any Contractor listed on VorexPest.com.

5. Payments and Refunds

If applicable, payments for services rendered by Contractors are to be made directly between you and the Contractor. Endeavor High Intent does not facilitate payments for services and is not responsible for any payment disputes that may arise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Endeavor High Intent or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as permitted by these Terms.
